Night 1: Hanoi – night train to LaoCai (no meals)
Own arrangement your transfer by taxi from your hotel to Hanoi train station. Pls make sure the boarding place of your train, is it at main gate or station B? There has 2 gates of Hanoi Train Station.
- Main gate at 120 Le Duan street, Hanoi.
- Station gate B at Tran Quy Cap street, Hanoi.
Take the night train to Lao Cai, tourist carriage, soft sleeper, 4-berths sharing compartment.
Overnight train.

Day 1: Lao Cai – Sapa – trek Y Linh Ho – LaoChai - Ta Van - homestay (B, L, D)
Early morning: arrives at LaoCai train station.
Get the pick-up from Lao Cai Train station and then take a shuttle bus drive of 40 km to the hotel in Sapa.
As you arrive, our tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and you will get the tour itinerary reconfirmed by our guide. You will have breakfast in our restaurant. The guide will help you to put your extra luggage in the hotel luggage store.
At 9:30 Am. We leave Sapa by foot in the direction of Sapa Valley. After following the road for about 2 Km, we start trekking down hill to Y Linh Ho village where we are able to see how the Black H’Mong people color their fabric. We pass through Y Linh Ho village and head to Lao Chai village with nice views of rice terraces, where our guide prepairs a delicous lunch. With lunch complete, we visit the Catholic Church here and your guide will explain some information of villagers’ daily life, culture, custom … After spending the morning in a part of Sapa Valley, we now enter into the heart of the area where Ta Van Village of Dzay is located in.
In Ta Van we spend the night with a local family and your guide will prepair amazing dinner for the day.

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho - homestay (B, L, D)
In the morning we have breakfast in the home and begin a trek through rice paddies and bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai Village of Red Dzao people - Another different tribal group. Start trekking again through the rice terraces and bamboo foreast to Su Pan where you stop for break and lunch, after lunch another 2 hour trek to home stay village of Tay minority,Ban Ho. The living is simple, the villagers have becomed accustomed to having overnight guests and our stay. We have a chance to visit and swim in the hot spring and waterfall, which depends on the season. We spend the night in the Tay’s traditional house ( house on stils) and our guide will prepair amazing dinner for the day. After dinner we have some chat with the local family to learn their customs and daily life…
Homestay in Ban Ho.

Day 3: Ban Ho - Nam Toong - Su Pan - Sapa - Lao Cai - night train back Hanoi ( B, L, D)
After breakfast, our tour guide takes you to visit on more minority village of Ded Zao, then come back to Ban Ho again for a small rest. We take a big uphill trek to Su Pan village where we have lunch and grab a 4 W/D or minivan back to Sapa. A cold or warm drinks and hot shower wait. We then have our last dinner in Sapa. Our bus will pick you up at the hotel for the night train back to Hanoi (time is at 4:30 Pm or 6:00 Pm, depending on your train time and your wishes).
Arrive at Lao Cai train station. Enjoy your night train back Hanoi, tourist carriage, soft sleeper, 4-berths sharing compartment. Overnight train.
You will arrive in Hanoi Station next early morning. Own arrangement taxi for transfer to your hotel in Hanoi.
